Spirit Tuak by Alena Murang.
Tuak is a traditional rice wine made here in Sarawak. Used in many rituals and festivals it is an important part of Dayak culture. This alcoholic beverage is made by fermenting glutinous with yeast and enzymes called Ragi. Tuak requires fermentation for several weeks before it is ready for consumption.
